We accept returns and refunds or exchanges and offer free returns on all uk shipments. You have 14 days to let us know if you would like a refund or exchange. Please email us at info@verheyenlondon.com and the Verheyen team will send you a free DHL returns label.

- Book your complimentary collection with DHL Express
- Send your purchase back to us
- All EU and Worldwide returns and refunds, and custom duties will be charged to the customer.
Items must be returned to us unused and undamaged with all VERHEYEN LONDON tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Please see our returns policy for more details.
