Refunds / Returns / Exchange
We hope that you will be delighted with your Verheyen London purchase. We understand however that on occasion you may want to exchange an item for a different colour or that you may wish to return an order. You have a right to cancel your order in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returns in the UK are free of charge; however any returns outside of the uk will be charged to the customer. Please note that the customer is also responsible for paying all customs duties for all shipments, including returns.
As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to exchange or return, let us know. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to explain why you would like to return your item, with your order number.
- We will then send you a returns label for free for you to place on your box with your item carefully packed in the original box it was sent in.
- On the returns form inside your order, check the box to agree with our Return Policy. We’ll then send you an email with your return instructions along with your returns label.
- Sign the returns proforma invoice(s) included in the box with your order. Make sure you leave your package open so the contents can be checked. Missing your returns proforma invoice? Call us and we’ll email it to you.
- Book your free collection with DHL at your local DHL Collection point - https://locator.dhl.com/
- If the return shipment is from outside of the uk, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund of the item you purchased.
Whether you believe your garment has a manufacturing fault, or you are exercising your right to cancel, you will need to follow the procedures below. If you wish to exchange item(s) which are not faulty, you are welcome to return the item to us free or charge. If you would like to return an item please email email@example.com and we will email you your return label along with returns instructions. Please ensure you package your item in your Verheyen London branded box, insert your completed returns document, place your returns shipping label on the box and contact your local DHL collection point or email them at.
Verheyen London will not be held responsible for loss or damage to items in transit to the distribution centre from the customer.
Please note that we cannot accept an item being returned for exchange if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and damage has been caused to the product due to wear and tear or misuse. Returns will only be honoured if the label and tags remain intact on the garment(s) and the product is in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without all labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please take extra care to read all the care instructions provided with your purchase and in the “Product Care Information Page” set out below.
Given the natural origin of our goods, there may be variations in the colour of the products illustrated on our website.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
General Information for Returns from Outside the UK
For item(s) sent back to us from outside the UK, the customer must remember to classify the item(s) as a RETURN. The item(s) must not be classified as merchandise or it/they may be sent back to the customer if customs and import duties are charged.
When you return goods, the credit will be issued in the same form as payment for the original order, less any taxes or import duties incurred, if your order is being shipped back to us from outside the UK.
Procedure to Return Cancelled Items
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please also e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that we can only issue refunds on goods that reach our distribution centre within 21 days of when you received them.
Procedure for Return of Faulty Goods
Verheyen London takes great care of the quality of their goods before they leave the distribution centre. Faulty goods may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept an item being returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is due to wear and tear or misuse. Returns will only be honoured if the labels and tags on the garment(s) remain intact and the product is in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without all labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please take extra care to read all the care instructions provided with your purchase and in the “Product Care Information Page” set out below.

Verheyen London will be responsible for the costs of returning faulty goods. We recommend that you use a courier for the return of the product(s) in order to track the shipment. Verheyen London will not be held responsible for refund or compensation of goods that have been lost, stolen or damaged.
Verheyen London will make every effort to promptly refund to you, the costs of the goods (including any reasonable shipping/delivery costs) within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods. We will send an e-mail confirmation once the refund has been completed.
Procedure for Exchange of Faulty Goods
The preferred method of return is by Courier so that it can be tracked.
All basic shipping costs, (excluding enhanced) will be refunded by Verheyen London. All exchanges are subject to availability.
