Thank you for speaking with us Kerry Pieri

What are the things you realise you miss most?

Friends, art museums, my desk at work, and restaurants, especially now as the weather is getting warmer.

Where are you at the moment?

We came home to my parents house in Buffalo.

What is your daily routine?

I wake up with my daughter and we play and paint and have my coffee together, then I work for a couple hours, then we take a family walk, then work, then lunch, then work, then a night to be a (extended!) family.

What is your favourite lockdown outfit?

my Les Tien sweatsuit

What do you do for mindfulness/things to keep you positive?

My family is everything, especially my daughter Lila. Also, I read part of a book every day, I’ve been doing Be Magnetic manifestation journaling maybe once a week, and painting when I can.

What will you never take for granted again?
Al fresco cocktails on patios in the city.

What is your makeup and skincare routine?

Makeup is a non starter mostly. I use all clean beauty products by Drunk Elephant and Dr Loretta.

Favourite music/podcasts/books?

Motown station on Spotify, Ann Patchett The Dutch House is my fav quarantine book so far and I love Shaman Durek’s podcast.

What will you do first as soon as lockdown is over?
Go to the Met then my postponed trip to Mexico!

What workout/sports do you do?
The Class by Taryn Toomey

Who has inspired you most in the public eye during this time?
Honestly, I’m not one for politicians. I trust my instincts and review all information from multiple sources before coming to any conclusions.

What positive things do you think will come out of this worldwide coronavirus pandemic?

Hopefully we all slow down a bit and appreciate each other and our earth and our health.
